Project Details Trustin enable safe work place through fair and effective redressal of misconduct. Starting with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) legislation, our platform encompasses all labor, civil, and service laws to transform the larger safety landscape through fair and effective redressal of workplace misconduct. Despite good intentions, companies struggle to consistently manage and monitor their POSH implementation end to end. With best in class legal and tech frameworks, we're bridging the escalation-adjudication gap and empowering companies to implement a culture of safety, confidentiality, and compliance.We're also integrating unbiased support structures that enable all employees to educate, escalate, and advocate for themselves.

Language support/Features to be implemented Currently Trutin platform supports English language only. We need Multilinguals supports for the Trustin web interface

What Exist 1.Raise a POSH case-Any sexual harassment or misconduct at work place can be reported by complainant. 2.The system allows assignment of the case to internal committee member 3.Internal IC member can accept or reject the case registered in the system 4.System enables scheduling meetings 5.System facilitates capturing committee minutes of meeting 6.Automated emails are sent to Committee members, complainant and respondents from system

  1. Case report settlement report etc can be generated through the system
  2. System also has a chatbot integrated to provide information on POSH

Tech Details:

Application permits CRUD operations. Frontend is implemented using Angular frame work and deployed in Firebase. Backend is implemented using Spring boot, MongoDB and deployed in AWS.

Product Set-Up:

Setting up a development environment with the required tools and libraries like Java, Spring Boot,Angular etc. Configuring the development environment with appropriate secrets, keys, and environment variables for secure JWT token generation and verification.

Acceptance Criteria:

Multi lingual support for UI controls, form fields, form submission and report content

Hello @nachiketa07, My name is Ram, a 3rd year BE CSE student and I have worked with various wed development frameworks . I am highly interested in contributing to this project "TrustIn" and will be submitting a proposal soon. As for solution I have two in mind and would like to discuss with the mentors for the best suitable option.
