XmlParseException on start in windows 10

I'm not sure if this is related, but looking in my Microsoft Band install directory, the Microsoft.Cargo.Client.Desktop8.dll is not listed. I've searched my computer, but can't find that dll anywhere.

Searching your issues returned nothing because I typed XMLParse instead of XAMLParse. I see everybody else has opened the same issue, so I'm closing this .
