Hi, what is the source of the Hipparcos `hip2.dat` file?

Is it concatenated/filtered from the Hipparcos and Tycho Catalogues (CDS link 
to files http://cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/Cat?cat=I%2F239&target=http&). Is 
it the same as the text file table option listed here 
http://cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/nph-Cat/txt?I%2F239 ?

I found out that it is missing HIP 55203. I wrote an ipython notebook showing 
the parsing.

Okay, I found the source. The one in this project has an extra line for the 
parameters.

from http://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/W3Browse/all/hipnewcat.html / 
http://cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr/ftp/cats/I/311/

I confirmed that the original also does not have 55203, and it is not an issue 
with the pystaratlas hip2.dat.

extra information: 55203 only found in original hipparcos catalog confirmed by 
others who use skychart (http://www.ap-i.net/skychart/en/start).
