Adds a directory titled cosmic_rAI for Python source code, beginning project of building out reusable module. Adds a notebook expierments/module_usage demonstrating how notebooks could interact with Python files. Also adds data_processed folder, and deletes a couple things which I believe I created unnecessarily.
