Commands that don't apply to the current env shouldn't be displayed in the install section #2

This is the output on OSX for commands that don't apply to it.

These will be installed with the following commands:
    vscode-config
        ⤷ ??
    autokey
        ⤷ ??
    ctags
        ⤷ ??

There should be another section for these commands calling out that they don't apply to the current environment because of whatever the difference happens to be.

Note, it does say this at the end, just not before.
