When database credentials are loaded from file, in a context where no study is specified, a deprecated "database" key is used when a default should populate.

In branch issue234 I have also folded the constraint modification into the tabular import workflow, since it is now impossible to drop the schema constraints before a dataset is loaded; it must be done by the loader just after the schema is recreated.
