All of the re-analysis scripts have been reviewed with the most recent version of the stats testing and metric computations, etc. This PR also adds the Vanguri et al study analysis.
Most values (e.g. p values) have been comprehensively checked for reproducibility in different environments. There area a few discrepancies (e.g. related to significant digits when rendered in the frontend to 6 decimal places), but nothing major.
