Documentation Update

• Slight theme changes -> Switched color palette to green -> Added social links in footer -> Added Copyright notice in footer -> Added logo in header
• Added initial articles from the Trackmania Documentation project
• Added top navbar
• Changed docs structure to be more clear
• Moved navigation declaraction to mkdocs.yml

Hello Nadeo team, here is the initial shipment of articles for the Trackmania documentation.

On top of that, as can be taken from the Pull Request message, I've done some changes to the overall style and layout of the documentation website, as well as the navigation. The navigation changes are to improve the navigation through the site as well as readability of the URL slugs and to align the docs more with how other wiki/documentation sites usually are setup. This change is not 100% complete yet, as some already existing sections (e.g. Nadeo Importer and Competition Tool) still have the old naming scheme - example: 01-download-and-install.md - and can be reverted, if you so wish.

In regards to the new articles, I've gone ahead and tried to adjust all articles to have a consistent formatting and styling, however I could have missed some spots. Each article also has an "Author: NAME" line at the bottom as discussed, to indicate the author of the article.

Please let me know if anything needs additional adjustments or changes.

One article that still needs changes for sure is the "What is Ranked 3v3" in the Play section. The bottom part needs to be adjusted to have the correct Matchmaking rank reset formula. I've gone ahead and added a note that it needs to be adjusted with the correct rank reset formula.
