root/staff/settings page not working but other pages fine #397

Hello maintainer,

I just finished installing nadine natively using python 3.6.5 and postgre 10.3 on windows, every pages work smoothly except this page (root/staff/settings). I can help fix if you guide me, I'm new to python. nadine error Thanks.
