At https://apps.officenomads.com/member/profile/USER/edit/ Issue: Cannot record non N.American contact information

"State" dropdown menu has no option for non-U.S. residence, and no field for country.

At https://apps.officenomads.com/admin/auth/user/USER#/change/ Issue: Cannot record non N.American contact information

"Phone" field does not allow a number that is not in 10-digit format.
