WSP term not described #9

The term "WSP" appears in sections 2.1 and 2.2

I can find no mention of what it means in the document.
It probably means "Wave service provider" as mentioned in section 3, but
that is not clear.

The term "WSP" was eliminated in the June 8 revision of the spec.
