2-state home screen widget #1

Home widget button should reflect when the application is in the emergency 
state, possibly by changing button color or showing a small icon at a corner of 
button.

I've moved the EmergencyNotificationService to the 3-state mode. Visually, 
buttons change when the state changes, however, when clicking on I'm Now OK 
button, the intent for the SOS button gets sent. Thus, I'm now OK button 
doesn't have any effect and the service stays in EMERGENCY_STATE.

2-state widget fixed now. 
It does cancel the emergency state when click in "I am now OK" and send the I 
am OK messages.
