Could you please check the following?
 - Email notification works.
 - Cancellation time preferences allow you to enter a number. I am not very sure if the soft keyboard is going to appear or not.

Email notification don't work, I'm afraid - in the code, intent gets created 
but it is never sent off. However, even if you send it off, nothing happens. I 
guess we need to look into another ways of doing that..

Cancellation time preferences are fine and everything else looks pretty cool on 
the real device.

Things are now working on a real device. (Both SMS and email notifications).
