Make the application state more clear for users #20

When clicking the SOS button, it is not clear that the operation will start 
after the cancelation delay.

We should have either a progress bar or a count down message ("Entering 
emergency state in x seconds").

The same view should be displayed when triggering emergency from the widget or 
from the on-off button.

When in emergency state, a different view should be displayed, to make it clear 
that the phone is sending notifications, in case you activated this mode by 
mistake.
