UI Enhancements - Good issue for beginner #1

This is an open source coding project, I have worked on as a beginner. Feel free to update it's UI with what ever you think is good. This will be a good Issue to give a try for a beginner. Plus this is a react project so I encourage people to use react style components and sass to style this project. Good Luck!

@naduncalcey Shall i go with tailwind css as it would be much easier style that ways? also writing css for dark mode will also be easy
