Cduniverse icon does not show as file is incorrectly named (w-avu.png, should be icon.png) #14

Cduniverse scraper icon does not show due to the fact that the file is 
incorrectly named.
Currently: svn/trunk/metadata.movie.cduniverse.com/w-avu.png
Should be: svn/trunk/metadata.movie.cduniverse.com/icon.png
