authentificate bbb room access via web-conf user credentials #117

The bbb security which is only one url and one password for all attendes and 
moderators makes it possible that everyone having this url and pwd can join the 
room. That isn't very safe in meaning of security and authentification.
Rights for accessing a room shall be based on authentification of the user 
credentials (e.g provider is ldap) of mconf-web and an invitation right which 
has been by space administrator for the corresponding room.

They should be access rights as moderator and as attendee.
