what the back key should do, in your opinion?

When the user hits the back key, a dialog should be opened asking if the
user want to close the application or put it in background - also could be
presented a checkbox saying "Remember my decision". If the user selects the
"put in background" option, a permanent notification should be placed in the
notification bar informing that the application is still running.

What do you think about that?

implemented this idea, and the tests to verify it. It worked fine, I think it
suits ok for the app.
