Capture is being rotated 90 degrees on the Motorola Milestone #164

When a capture is started on the Motorola, it is 90 degrees flipped.

I found that this is a known bug on Motorola Milestone and on G1 devices, 
issued here: http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=1193
I tried all the suggested workarounds but none of them fixed the issue.
