Remove mailing lists at space's admin page #186

Groups and mailing lists are not being used for a while already (see Issue 12). 
But at a space's admin page there are still references to it.

Anything at a space's page that has some relationship with mailing lists and is 
not working and/or is unnecessary should removed.
