Some strings issues on register page #86

Under the captcha (that isn't working), there is: "translation missing: 
pt-br.simple_captcha.label"

Also, there are some character problems like "Campo obrigatório"

"translation missing: pt-br.simple_captcha.label" was fixed.
All character problems like "Campo obrigatório" are only in pt-br. They are 
being addressed in Issue 61.
