Sorry about the indentation. I have used vim with its default settings about indentation and astyle is not available on this CentOS 7 system.

Thanks for sending this pull request. I implemented that the defunct processes will be cleaned up and created a new PR https://github.com/naemon/naemon-core/pull/421 based on this PR. For this reason I will close this PR.
