During startup it is ok that some downtimes do not yet exists, for example if a host/service has been removed but still had downtimes. So start logging this as a info message after the eventloop has started.
Otherwise you get useless logs like this:
livestatus: Cannot delete non-existing downtime/comment 85687 livestatus: Cannot delete non-existing downtime/comment 85688 livestatus: Cannot delete non-existing downtime/comment 126640
