Prepare next release

this is a combined pull request to prepare the next release. It:

• fixes the travis builds
• adds version.sh and autogen.sh just like naemon-core
• adds packaging files for rpm and deb

You are right, i changed that. Must have sliped in when i move the files from the naemon/naemon project.
