This pr adds togglable, realtime transmission of text in the textbox. The toggle is added to the "General" settings. It works with the the text preview, webhook, and websocket. This will -eventually- pair with a separate view that focuses on typing rather than speaking. For now, it also allows you to increase the footer size for more room to see the text you are typing
