While there are features that has reset feature, use unable to reset the medicines history. Also, when user try to reset the diagnosis, the medicine not restarted, while the symptom is restart

Medicine history is not supposed to be reset. It is important to keep records of a patient's medical history in case of side effects from future medication. Symptoms are meant to be reset to allow user to re-enter their symptoms in case they input wrongly. This is intended in the context of the medical safety for our patients.
