degoss_debug should be a boolean switch that enables output from the goss Ansible Module, regardless of pass/fail.

[ ] degoss_debug, defaulting to false, when boolean evaluating as true, should pretty print output from Goss even on success.
[ ] Documentation should be written about this new flag.
