luarocks install hdf5 #13

when i want to install hdf5 through luarocks. Error: Error fetching file: Failed downloading https://raw.githubusercontent.com/torch/rocks/master/hdf5-20-0.rockspec - hdf5-20-0.rockspec

Is that my network problem or others?

I think so. It works for me. Maybe the same problem as https://github.com/torch/cutorch/issues/834#issuecomment-584473017 .
