how to build this server? tell me and can server run that windows? tell me! and Please tell me in detail because their is no knowledge of server relationship! Please! and i use Windows 7! it works on Apache or ngnix and Cygwin? please tell me!

Hey, I since you asked so nicely I will make the server compile with mingw. I will also provide a 64-bit build of it for windows, you can tell me if something doesn't work right and I'll take a look :)
