How to Take Backup Log Data #1

I would like to know how to take Machine LogData in Seperate file.... I have tried below code but its return false

if (axCZKEM1.SaveTheDataToFile(2, @"D:\Temp\file2.txt", 1)) { }

Sorry its return "True" but Data is not available in file..........
