Auto fetch feature #9

There should be auto fetch in each widget. There should be a global auto fetch with dominating/non dominating option.

Dominating - The auto fetch of widgets is ignored and global auto fetch is used Non Dominating - The global auto fetch is used only if widget auto fetch is disabled
