This is not a bug in SWFObject, but an authoring related issue. Good heads up
for someone trying to embed a DailyMotion video, but need to mark this as
invalid.

I am unsure how to explain it much clearer. This is not a bug in the swfobject
library, but just a problem with your url. You already explained the fix for
the issue, so I don't know what more you are looking for.

I was surprised dailymotion itself gives a URL I have to modify. Both URL works
with dailymotion when I call them directly but only the modified one works when
I embed it.
That's what I don't understand.
