Current date header at top of widget is not refreshing with new day

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Basic widget use.  Running a 3x3 widget.  Other widget functionality and 
refresh is perfect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is the current date.  I see the date of the last launcher 
(Launcher Pro Plus) re-launch.  Restarting the launcher or re-adding the widget 
will show the correct date again.

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
2.3.3 via Cyanogenmod 7 build 91 on a HTC G2.  Agenda Widget 1.6.8.  Launcher 
pro plus 0.8.6.

Please provide any additional information below.
