APC access timed out, but that blocked the worker queue I think.

Could be caused by the same healthcheck getting stuck many times.

no, just half way through a deploy.

I suggest a healthcheck ID mutex. Should auto fail task.

timeout has happened, not sure why. Results in blank reason.
