I agree with your point of view however, there is a problem. Sometimes adding and getting data from the application can be quite tedious as there's a lot of formats for each and every command. Hence, it would be better to just stick to storing critical information. I agree with that and your application excels at storing critical information in the best format

Reason for disagreement: In order to retrieve information quickly, the "nurses" will have to have a really good typing speed and will have to know the correct format in order to input the data. This is not meant for everyone. Hence, that's why I said you should remove this statement from your UG.
