After attempted upload fails, "Upload" button is still greyed out. #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I tried to post a video with more than 120 characters in the "Tags" field.
2. The upload completes, but receives a failure from Google, resulting in a
cryptic dialog that says there was a "400" error.
3. Dismissing the dialog results in the application becoming usable again,
but the "Upload" button is not clickable.

The button should be usable again.  (Not to mention that the error dialog
could be far less cryptic.)

Version:  Vidnik 0.13.0.  Mac OS X:  10.5.5
