3.92版本无法调出全局、非全局选项

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 3.92版本 osx 10.8.2 python 2.7 
下按住option只能双击选取，并且没有弹出框。
2. 按住option进入goagent子选项。
3. 
按住option双击“GAE+pac模式”后，会自动帮我使用pac和全局代�
��。但是我只想使用pac而不使用全局代理。

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

试试最新版，我刚试过了，可以调出对话框没问题。
