[PATCH] Improve a bit decoding of GSM SIM/SMS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have UNICODE encoded SMS
2. Have SMS with e. g. 131 characters

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Decode SMS.
2. Do not cut last character.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

The decoding is still incomplete. gammu project is a good source of information.
