I appreciate your comments to this project. Please be noted that we have 
stopped commiting changes to the source code in April 2011.

You asked about phantom size problem. This is true because we attempted to 
contain aliasing by zeropadding in the Fourier domain, that would lead to 
significant scaling of the reconstructed phantom. Till the end of our project, 
we couldn't figure how to get the scale correct.

I encourage you checkout the sourcecode to debug this this issue. If you wish 
to commit changes, please sent me a request here, and then I will add you to be 
one of our project contributors.
