Support for cyrillic filenames and paths. #6

Program doesn't open the file with the cyrillic filename or if the file located 
on the path that contains non-latin letters.

I'm using version 0.4 on Arch Linux.

I am aware of this issue (same problem with polish characters), but thanks for 
posting it so we can remember about it and maybe finally find solution :)
