Rollup as a Pseudo-Notification

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
The idea here is to have Rollup use a style matching, or at least more similar 
to, the default user defined notification style. For example, if they've 
specified that notifications should appear in the top-right hand corner of 
their main screen, then this is where Rollup would appear.

Ideally this would be in a collapsed style, for example the "notification" may 
simply read "You have 10 new notifications"; clicking the notification would 
then expand it into the current Rollup list for review, or it can simply be 
dismissed like any normal notification (deactivating Rollup once more in the 
process).

Preferably a Rollup notification should use the user-defined default, or 
optionally take a custom notification style, similarly to application specific 
styles.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
It solves the lack of any flexibility in how Rollup is displayed, as personally 
I find the smack-in-the-middle Rollup style to intrusive, but I don't dislike 
the feature. Since I've already gone to the length of specify where I want my 
notification, and Rollup is essentially just a special-case of notification, 
then it makes sense to be able to follow the notification style, or allow the 
user to specify a special one (if they wish to distinguish it further).

You have multiple issues here:

1) Styleable Rollup - Not going to happen.

2) Collapsable Rollup - This should have been a separate issue so that you can 
be more verbose about this specific item.

3) Rollup positioning - You can move the Rollup window and it remembers the 
location. This would have been closed.

You need to keep it to 1 issue per ticket so that we can address the specific 
issues without mass closing tickets on you. As it is I'm going to have to close 
this issue as won't fix since you titled this the way you did. Rollup is not a 
notification, it's a summary window of notifications, and as such it is 
different.

Please file a ticket on the collapsable and the positioning. We're likely to 
change how Rollup looks in 1.4 or 1.5 so let's wait on any theming tickets 
until after that. :)

This is the ticket on collapsable and positioning, theming is optional, but it 
seems better to do it at the same time, since the "collapsed" message could 
easily be implemented as a regular sticky notification.
