After Installing SFTP/SCP/SSH it doesnt work #191

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the new OpenSSH
2. Try to drop an app onto the phone through the Customize option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
(Yes I rebooted the phone after install just to be sure).
the app should dump on. Instead it says that it couldn't find the ssh server, 
and then asks me to 
double-check all sorts of options.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.5 on a 1.0.2 phone 

Please provide any additional information below.
ive tried this with multiple unlocked 1.0.2/1.1.1 phones. Dropbear worked much 
better than this

Solution: 
During the SSH installation steps, do not hold 'Sleep + Home' buttons to turn 
off.
Instead just hold the 'Sleep' button, and then slide to turn off.
