end time > current time #11

If one changes the duration of a workperiod, so that end > now (the current 
time), then start should 
be decreased instead.

This should solve the following problem:

"Om jag vill använda "edit work period" för att lägga till 30 minuter
på en task med slut nu, måste jag editera start time - om jag lägger
in 30 minuter direkt så sluter jag någon gång i framtiden...  Men det
är ganska ofta man kommer tillbaka till sin dator och vill lägga in
att man har jobbat på en viss uppgift en viss tid fram till nu."
