Simplifications for changing the date of a work-period #3

Suggestion: add a new Task property: NSDate* date

- date: [start noon]
- setDate d: start = [start timeComponents] + [d dateComponents]
- bind datepicker in "Edit workperiod" panel, to date instead of start 
  + this will hopefully allow changing several workperiods at once
