Error when trying to remove a 'normal working hours' setting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a task.
2. Edit task to add a value for normal working time (eg, 1).
3. Close edit task dialog.
4. Later add a child task.
5. Go back and edit the original task, and remove the number in the 'normal
working time' field, and then tab out of the field.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see field now blank. Instead get an error dialog warning that
"The value "" is invalid. Please provide a valid value."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'll fix that in the next version. Until then you can just use "0" instead of 
deleting.

Btw, it has nothing to do with adding tasks. Just add a value for normal 
working time, tab out of the field, and 
then tab back into the field again. Now you can't remove the value.
