Allow users to hide seconds from all time displays #34

What feature do you want to see in an upcoming release?
In my use of KronoX I never need to keep track of things below the
granularity of 10 minutes.  Having the start and end times that always show
seconds as well is therefore unnecessary.  It also slows down keyboard
editing, as it provides extra fields to navigate past.

If using seconds is really needed for some users, then could there at least
be an option to hide them in all displays?
