Layout corruption on Lion's restore #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use OS X Lion
2. Make sure that the "Restore window when quitting and re-opening apps" system 
option is enabled.
3. Launch KronoX
4. Quit KronoX
5. Launch KronoX again.

The layout will be all messed up. I'm not quite sure yet of the root cause of 
this. I'm guessing something obscure in KronoX.xib. For v1.0, I will simply 
disable restoration for the main window and I'll look for the root cause when 
I'm more comfortable with KronoX's codebase.

r89 disabled window and main split autosave/autorestore.
