Adding hourly rate #45

It would be nice to add a hourly rate for every task (project) which calculates 
immediatly the price for the task with a total of all the dates of that 
project.

I agree that it would be a nice addition and I'd like to implement it for the 
upcoming release, v1.1.0.

I began to work on this in r bb40cb0e1d64 . So far, there's a "Hourly Rate" 
field in the task edit panel and there's a "$ Value" column in the work period 
table.

Later, I'll add a total $ value column in the statistics table.

I added a $ Value column in the statistics table in ra14f5a8fae21 and added 
dollar value in CSV exports in rfda4c9c553bb. I think that it pretty much 
completes the ticket.
