Alphawindow tear-off image positioned improperly when cursor location is at the bottom of the control #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run TabBarControlDemo
2. Tear off a tab
3. While dragging the tab, slowly move the cursor to the bottom edge of the tab 
bar control

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the tear-off image to be positioned consistently while the cursor is 
being dragged.  
Instead, when the cursor is positioned at the bottom edge of the control, the 
tear off image 
jumps out of position.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the tip pulled recently.  I am running on Leopard.

Please provide any additional information below.
