Hyperlink navigation doesn't work between files #28

Cmd+clicking performs hyperlink validation, but doesn't take you to the right 
place (largely 
because the index isn't found). An error message says 'Could not find symbol X 
in index' at the 
bottom of the screen.

This will depend on the indexer being able to work

I remember it performing rudimentary hyperlink navigation within the same 
document at
one point. Is this no longer the case?

There is some kind of hyperlink navigation built-in. But I think the cross-file 
case fails because the items 
aren't in the index.
